아동 안전 표준 (Child Safety Standards)

Float(지금, 같이 볼래?)는 아동 성적 학대 및 착취(CSAE: Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation)에 대해 무관용 원칙을 적용합니다.

Float maintains a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This page describes our published standards, reporting channels, and enforcement actions.

1. 무관용 원칙 (Zero Tolerance)

Float는 아동·청소년을 성적으로 대상화하거나 학대·착취하는 모든 콘텐츠와 행위를 금지합니다. 여기에는 아동 성적 학대 콘텐츠(CSAM)의 제작·유포·공유·요청, 미성년자에 대한 그루밍(grooming), 성적 목적의 접근·유인(enticement), 성착취 협박(sextortion), 미성년자 성적 대상화가 포함되며 이에 한정되지 않습니다.

We prohibit any content or conduct that sexualizes, abuses, or exploits minors — including creation, distribution, or solicitation of CSAM, grooming, enticement, sextortion, and any sexualization of minors.

2. 서비스 보호 장치 (Safeguards)

  • Float는 만 18세 이상만 이용할 수 있는 서비스입니다 (앱 스토어 등급 18+).
  • 모든 채팅·게시글은 서버 측 필터링과 모더레이션의 대상이며, 위반 콘텐츠는 발견 즉시 삭제됩니다.
  • 시청방·채팅 메시지·게시글·쪽지 등 모든 사용자 콘텐츠 옆에 신고 버튼이 있으며, 신고 시 상대는 자동 차단됩니다.
  • 위반 이용자는 사전 경고 없이 영구 이용 제한됩니다.

3. 신고 방법 (How to Report)

앱 내 모든 콘텐츠의 신고 버튼으로 아동 안전 관련 우려를 즉시 신고할 수 있습니다. 또는 아래 이메일로 직접 신고해 주세요. 아동 안전 관련 신고는 최우선으로 24시간 이내 검토·조치됩니다.

4. 위반 시 조치 (Enforcement)

  • 위반 콘텐츠 즉시 삭제 및 해당 계정 영구 정지
  • 관련 법령(아동·청소년의 성보호에 관한 법률 등)에 따른 수사기관 신고 및 협조
  • CSAM 발견 시 국내 수사기관과 관련 기관(예: 한국 경찰청, 방송통신심의위원회, NCMEC 등 국제 협력 기관)에 지체 없이 신고
  • 법령이 정한 범위 내 증거 보존 및 사법기관 요청 협조

Violations result in immediate content removal and permanent account termination. We report CSAM to law enforcement and relevant authorities without delay and cooperate fully with investigations.

5. 규정 준수 (Compliance)

Float는 Google Play 아동 안전 표준 정책(Child Safety Standards policy)을 포함한 관련 법령과 플랫폼 정책을 준수합니다. 본 표준은 서비스 운영 전반에 적용되며, 정책 변경 시 본 페이지를 통해 공지합니다.
